The simplest plan is also the biggest change: move in. Home Run describes the home as a Florida address with waterfront views from your own terrace. The giveaway page lists French doors and a balcony terrace, and the photo below shows a view from one.
Inside, the page lists an eat-in kitchen with a breakfast area, plus 9-foot ceilings. The kitchen photo shows white cabinets, stone counters, stainless appliances and an island.
The photos also show furniture, rugs and artwork. That is staging. The prize is the townhome, so check the Official Rules for exactly what is included.
Option twoRent it
Not everyone wants to relocate. Home Run's prize materials describe renting the home out as one possibility, subject to community rules. Those rules are not part of this article, so a winner would need to look into them before making plans.
What the page does tell you is what the property offers: three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a two-car attached garage with EV charging, hurricane-impact windows and doors, and a community with a pool, a spa and a fitness center. That is a list a renter-minded winner could weigh up.
