Trade the Snow for the Coast: Enter by January 7 for a Chance at a Motorhome

Entries for Home Run's Thor Challenger giveaway close January 7. Here's every date that matters, and a look at the motorhome you could someday point toward the sun.

When the driveway needs shoveling, it is easy to daydream about somewhere warmer. Usually that is where it stays: a daydream.

Home Run's current giveaway runs on a clear clock. Entries close January 7, 2027, and the prize is a Thor Challenger 36FA motorhome you could someday point toward the sun. Here is the calendar, date by date.

September 24, 2026The giveaway opened

Entries opened at 12:00:01 p.m. ET on September 24, 2026. From that moment, active Home Run members were entered automatically, and the free mail-in option was open to everyone eligible.

Right nowWhat's up for grabs

One Grand Prize: a Thor Challenger 36FA and a $10,000 cash award, with an approximate retail value of $115,000. The motorhome is a gas Class A, approximately 37 feet in length, with a pair of slide-outs, a king bed and a full bathroom. It sleeps up to seven.

Next seasonWhere it could go

Beach towns, desert parks, a lake that does not freeze over. The point of a motorhome is that the destination is your call. The Challenger brings a king-size Tilt-A-View bed, a kitchen with a residential refrigerator and dual roof air conditioners along for the ride.

The kitchen counter with a cooktop, a stainless microwave overhead and a window looking out on a lake — The kitchen window frames the view.

Room to workRoom to set up a laptop

Longer trips sometimes mean bringing work along. The leatherette Dream Dinette gives you a table with room to set up a laptop, and the coach has a Winegard Connect wireless internet/4G/TV antenna. For power, the spec list names an Onan generator plus 100-watt solar.

The fine print, in plain EnglishHow entering works

Members are entered automatically. An active Home Run membership includes automatic entry into every Home Run giveaway, alongside the other member benefits.

Anyone can enter for free. Mail a hand-printed 3" x 5" card as described in the Official Rules. Each mail-in entry counts as 10 entries. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by January 7, 2027 and received by January 11, 2027.

Paying never improves your odds. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning, and odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Common questions

When will the motorhome be delivered?

The Official Rules do not set a delivery date. They say the winner claims the prize by returning the required documents, and that the winner is solely responsible for all matters relating to the prize after it is awarded.

Is it too late to enter?

Entries stay open until the January 7 cutoff. After that, nothing new is accepted, and mail-in cards postmarked later will not count.

Do I need to buy anything to enter?

No. A hand-printed 3" x 5" card, sent the way the Official Rules describe, counts as 10 entries. A purchase will not improve your chances.

Can Canadians enter?

Yes. Legal residents of Canada who are 18 or older, or the age of majority in their province, can enter. A Canadian winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.
